Summary: "Very good keyboard."

Prompt & well packed shipping from supplier. Keyboard works fine & I enjoy using it. Minor compliant concerning ease of use. Bottom of keyboard is not straight across. There is a small extension where space bar is located making it a little difficult to place a wrist support.

Summary: "Great bargain"

First, I have a Compaq Presario new desktop; I knew from reviews on this site, I would have to purchase a new keyboard. So I bought this one. My computer is Windows 7, so I did have to go to Dell Support for a new driver for this keyboard. That allowed all the multimedia keys to work just fine. I DO till have problems with the keyboard not typing all that I type in. That is the one complaint I have about the keyboard. Otherwise, it's a great deal for the money.

They gave me this keyboard with my office laptop and I love it. It has two USB ports, and multi-media functions making it easy to turn the volume on my speakers up or down. It's comfortable enough to use all day.

Summary: "love it love it love it -- buy it because Dell discontinued it"

I'm a keyboard fanatic. Because I type 110 wpm, the keyboard has to be perfect. This keyboard is near-perfect.

1. Great touch: soft yet responsive.

2. Quiet.

3. Varying height keys: keys on home row are low; keys on QWERTY row are higher and curved downward; keys on ZXCV row are higher and curved upwards.

I used to use all the great keyboards of the past: PC-XT, PC-AT, Northgate, Gateway Anykey (Maxi-Switch). This one is the best.

Dell replaced this keyboard with a crappy flat keyboard -- following in the bad steps of the infamous Apple chicklet key style. Hate it, hate it, hate it.

Dell has discontinued one of the best keyboards in history. :-( I am sad.

BTW, love the volume control knob, mute and media buttons.
